My Path & Why I Practice
For more than twenty years, I have walked the healing path. My journey began long before I fully understood it, but each challenge, teacher, and life experience has shaped the practitioner I am today.
I am a graduate of the Maryland University of Integrative Health and have committed nearly two decades to studying with Master Jeffrey Yuen and many other teachers who guided my understanding of the channels, the spirit, and the nature of healing.
Along this journey, I have learned that self-cultivation is at the heart of good practice. It forms the foundation for everything we offer others. Cultivation strengthens the mind, nourishes the spirit, and refines intention so deeply that healing occurs at a vibrational level before it ever touches the physical.
Whether through qigong, channel work, or spiritual guidance, my intention is always to offer a healing space that helps people reconnect with possibility—the possibility for wellness, transformation, peace, and reclaiming their own truth.
We are each given a unique blueprint. My role is to help others navigate theirs with clarity, compassion, and empowerment.
I am a Channel Practitioner and a longevity and self-cultivation coach, teacher, and shaman, trained in Classical Chinese Medicine, medical and shamanic qigong, and Daoist longevity practices. I am a keeper and practitioner of an oral tradition that understands we are not just our bodies and not just our thoughts. We are energy and awareness moving through a human form.
From a Daoist perspective, at the moment of conception the Jing and essence of your parents combine with the energy of the cosmos and your own spirit. Before you arrived, your spirit chose your parents, your family, and the basic blueprint of your life’s curriculum. When I first heard this, it changed how I saw my own life. Years of blame began to dissolve, and responsibility—and possibility—returned to where they belong: within my own heart, mind, and practice.
I continue to ask my teachers and masters to assist in my diagnostic skills and treatments and to help hold a sacred healing space where all things are possible. I welcome and expect miracles, large and small, as part of everyday clinical practice.
As you heal, those around you heal.
If you cannot yet do this for yourself, you can begin by doing it for those you love—and in doing so, you help raise the collective consciousness of the world.
My Lineage & Teachers
a self-cultivated Channel Practitioner rooted in the ancient oral lineage of Classical Chinese Medicine—a lineage that has largely been lost in modern acupuncture education due to government standardization, commercialization, and the growing focus on TCM and dry needling.
Many of the most important Classical channels are no longer taught properly. Yet these channels are essential for treating chronic degenerative diseases and for evolving the medicine into its next stage.
I have been fortunate to study under Master Jeffrey C. Yuen, a Daoist priest of the 88th generation, whose teachings form the backbone of my understanding of channels, cultivation, and healing.
I have also trained with teachers such as Lee Holden, Andrew Sterman, Master Li Jun Feng, Master Wudang Chen, Master Zhong Xian Wu, Dr. Heiner Fruehauf, Ann Cecil Sterman, and others who continue to shape my understanding of this living medicine.
I continue my studies with my teachers because the medicine is alive—it grows, changes, and reveals itself through deep practice. Each patient, client, and student I meet is part of the ripple effect needed for the healing of this time.

Jing, Essence & the Family Blueprint
Before we incarnate, our spirit chooses the parents and conditions that will provide the curriculum for this life. Our parents give us Jing—the essence that shapes our strengths, our vulnerabilities, and the lessons we are here to work through.
The Mind Leads the Body
All healing begins with the mind. The body follows the instructions it receives from consciousness. When we accept what is truly happening in the present moment, the body relaxes, qi moves, and healing becomes possible.
All Illness Is Energetic
All illness begins energetically before it manifests physically. True healing addresses emotional, mental, and spiritual layers along with the physical body. Our intention and awareness guide qi, and qi shapes the body.
