How Healing Happens
Healing begins when we meet what is true in this moment—body, energy, mind, and spirit.
In this work, we listen to the channels, the body, and the story your life has been telling. Together we support the change that is already trying to happen, rather than fighting against it.
More Than Symptom Relief
In Classical Chinese Medicine, illness often begins as subtle imbalance in the field of qi long before it appears in the body. Pain, fatigue, and diagnosis are usually the last chapter of a story that started with energy, emotion, and spirit.
Our work looks beneath the symptom. We explore what your channels, breath, and life circumstances are saying, and support the body in reorganizing around balance instead of strain.
What We Work With
People come to this work for many reasons. Some arrive with clear physical symptoms; others feel something is “off” but can’t quite name it. Together we meet what is present and follow the channels from there.

• Chronic or complex physical conditions
• Persistent patterns of fatigue, pain, or tension
• Emotional states such as grief, anxiety, or long-held anger
• Life transitions, loss, and times of re-orientation
• A call toward self-cultivation and deeper spiritual practice
What Happens in a Session
Each session is shaped by what you bring, but there is a consistent arc. We begin with honest conversation, connect with the channels, and close with grounded next steps.

Arrive and orient. We begin with a brief check-in about how you are arriving—physically, emotionally, and in your life.
Channel and system assessment. Using pulse, channel evaluation, and intuitive listening, we explore how qi is moving through the body.
Table work and qigong-based treatment. Hands-on or near-body work helps regulate the channels, clear stagnation, and support areas that are depleted.
Integration and reflection. We take time to notice what has shifted, and how your body and mind are responding in the moment.
Simple practices to take home. When appropriate, you may receive breath, posture, or qigong exercises to support the work between sessions.
Your Role in the Healing Process
Healing is not something done to you. It is a collaboration between your body, your channels, and your willingness to meet what arises.
Coming as you are, without needing to “fix” yourself first
Sharing openly about symptoms, history, and patterns as you are able
Practicing any simple qigong or awareness exercises we agree on
Noticing changes—subtle or obvious—between sessions
Reaching out if questions or concerns arise
This Work and Other Care
Classical Chinese Medicine and qigong-based healing are complementary to, not a replacement for, appropriate medical care. Many people find this work alongside their existing providers offers a deeper sense of meaning, connection, and support for the changes they are making.
Begin Your Healing Journey
