Remote Healing Sessions

What a Remote Healing Session Looks Like

Remote sessions are a simple, supportive way to receive energetic and channel-based work from the comfort of your own space. We meet on Zoom to talk through what’s happening in your life right now—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—then choose a clear, practical approach that matches your goals and comfort level.

This work is collaborative and client-led. We go at your pace, and nothing is required beyond what feels safe and appropriate for you.

Step 1: We Connect and Clarify What You Need

We begin with a Zoom conversation to explore what’s present for you and what you’d like support with—physical, emotional, and/or spiritual. From there, we discuss viable options that may include:

  • Breath-work, meditation, and visualization

  • Qigong movements and/or healing sounds

  • Acupressure guidance (client-applied)

  • Diet and lifestyle correction (when appropriate)

  • Essential oil application on specific protocol points (client-applied)

  • Crystals for grounding, centering, or heart/chest support (optional)

  • Moxibustion heat therapy guidance (client-applied, if you have supplies)

  • Classical Chinese medicine channel work (primary and secondary channels)

You’ll never be asked to do anything you’re not comfortable with. We choose a plan that is realistic, respectful, and aligned with your belief system.

Step 2: Setting Up Your Space

Once we decide how to proceed, I’ll invite you to settle into a warm, quiet, and comfortable space. I recommend:

  • A blanket nearby (some people feel cool sensations during transmission)

  • Water available for after the session

  • A relaxed posture: lying down or seated with support

  • Minimal distractions, if possible

If we’re working with a specific channel, I may provide a simple diagram of the channel or activation points so you can set your intention and feel into the energetic connection. In some cases, we also use a short mantra or phrase—either traditional to the channel or created specifically for you.

Step 3: The Treatment Transmission

When you’re ready, we typically mute or soften the Zoom connection so you can fully relax. You rest, breathe, and receive—often focusing on the channel, points, and/or mantra we selected.

On my side, I begin by grounding and calling in support in a way that aligns with my practice (the 7 directions and compassionate assistance from guides, angels, Reiki/Qigong lineages, deities, teachers, and benevolent beings of love and light). If you have ancestors or guides you want included, you’re welcome to name them.

From there, I open and work the channel according to Classical Chinese medicine principles and the treatment strategy we chose together.

Occasionally, I may also attune to a crystal pendulum as a supportive tool during a session. When used, it’s to help me ask simple “yes/no” style questions for clarification—always in service of the treatment intention and always held with respect. Not every session requires this; it’s simply one of several ways I listen, confirm, and refine what’s most supportive in the moment.

The active transmission portion is usually 20–40 minutes, depending on the channel and intention. I generally reserve up to 90 minutes total for a session (including conversation, treatment, and integration), unless we agree to a one-hour format.

Step 4: Closing and Integration

When the treatment is complete, I close the work respectfully—thanking all support present and ensuring your energetic body feels settled and reintegrated. Then we return to conversation.

We’ll discuss:

  • What you experienced (sensations, emotions, insights, shifts)

  • What I perceived during the session (shared in a grounded, respectful way)

  • Suggestions for simple aftercare or “home practice”

  • Whether and how you’d like to continue

Every session is different, and results can be immediate or gradual. Some goals benefit from a short series of sessions; others are best supported over time with consistent practice and client participation.

A Note on Frequency and Longer-Term Work

If we’re addressing deeper patterns—especially long-held emotional material or more constitutional work—progress often comes through steady, paced support. Some goals benefit from more frequent sessions for a defined period, while deeper work often responds best to consistent weekly support over months. Your outcomes are strongly supported by your willingness and ability to practice what we agree on between sessions.

Is Remote Work Right for You?

Remote sessions are for you if you want support without travel, a gentle private setting, and a blend of practical tools and energetic medicine that honors your comfort and beliefs. If it resonates, we’ll continue. If it doesn’t, we’ll name that honestly—no pressure.
