My Path & Why I Practice
For more than twenty years, I have walked the healing path. My journey began long before I fully understood it, but each challenge, teacher, and life experience has shaped the practitioner I am today.
Like many people, I spent years trying to make sense of my suffering and looking outside myself for answers. I knew there was more to illness than symptoms and more to healing than simply “fixing” the body. When I encountered acupuncture, Classical Chinese Medicine, qigong, and Daoist self-cultivation, something in me recognized a language I already spoke but had never heard out loud.
This medicine showed me that all illness is energetic with physical manifestations, and that all disease is rooted in the emotions—not as blame, but as an invitation. It offered a way to understand why we suffer, how we store experiences in the body and channels, and how we can begin to transform them.
I practice because I have seen, again and again, that change is possible. The mind leads the body. When you change the mind, the body will follow. My work is to help you remember this, and to support the parts of you that are ready to heal.
My Approach & Lineage
I am a Channel Practitioner and a longevity and self-cultivation coach, teacher, and shaman, trained in Classical Chinese Medicine, medical and shamanic qigong, and Daoist longevity practices. I am a keeper and practitioner of an oral tradition that understands we are not just our bodies and not just our thoughts. We are energy and awareness moving through a human form.
From a Daoist perspective, at the moment of conception the Jing and essence of your parents combine with the energy of the cosmos and your own spirit. Before you arrived, your spirit chose your parents, your family, and the basic blueprint of your life’s curriculum. When I first heard this, it changed how I saw my own life. Years of blame began to dissolve, and responsibility—and possibility—returned to where they belong: within my own heart, mind, and practice.
In my clinical work I continue to ask my teachers and masters, including those in the lineage of Dr. Jeffrey Yuen and others, to stand with me. I ask for their help in refining my diagnostic skills, guiding treatments, and holding a sacred healing space where all things are possible. I welcome and expect miracles, large and small, as part of everyday practice—not as fantasy, but as the natural expression of change when conditions are right.
As you heal, those around you heal. If you cannot yet do this for yourself, you can begin by doing it for those you love—and in doing so, you help raise the collective consciousness of the world.
All Illness Is Energetic
In classical medicine, illness begins as imbalance in the field of qi before it appears as symptoms. True healing includes the emotional, mental, and spiritual layers as well as the physical.
The Mind Leads the Body
The mind is the leader of the qi. Change the mind, and the qi reorganizes; reorganize the qi, and the body transforms. When we meet the present moment honestly, the body no longer needs to hold tension around resistance.
Before we arrive, the spirit chooses the conditions that will shape our path. Understanding Jing and the family blueprint can shift us from blame into responsibility and peace.
