All private yoga therapy sessions are 75 minutes after initial session, which is 90 minutes. This extra time for the first session allows us to meet and for me to get acquainted with your needs and objectives based on your medical history and current conditions.

My clients prefer these packages vs. a 1-time session because they are able to be more engaged and committed to the practice and therefore their overall health. They are able to be more present in each session, receiving knowledge, shifting habits & patterns, and therefore see better, lasting results.
In each session, we work on:
- breathing practices
- movement/biomechanics, which includes stretching and building strength
- guided meditations/relaxations
- becoming aware of certain behavior patterns that have created barriers to our health and happiness.
- In each session, we break down these barriers and create new ways of being and living so that you can bring these practices into your everyday life
- All practices and sessions vary depending on the client and current condition
